RETURN POLICY
Need to return something? Girlfriend, it's not a problem. Just send back the items (except the items listed below) you don't love within 7 days of delivery. We will issue an account store credit of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges.
Accepted Items: KD's Kloset will accept returns on apparel items and footwear for account store credit only. KD's Kloset must receive the merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Because KD's Kloset empties very quickly and since KD travels everywhere to locates new and exciting FANTABULOUS FINDS for you, our 7-day return policy gives you just enough time to return a purchase, while helping us to keep KD's Kloset fresh and in season. Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must be returned with their original packaging with the KD's Kloset merchandise tag still intact. Please try on your footwear and apparel items before removing the merchandise tag. Any item with an altered, broken, damaged or missing merchandise tag will not be accepted. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to your account. Please allow up to 14 business days for your account store credit to appear on your account. Items not accepted for returns: No store credits will be accepted on the following items: (i) Accessories (such as handbags, eyewear, wallets, scarves, belts), (ii) Jewelry, (iii) Swimwear, Intimate Apparel, (iv) Beauty and Fragrances and (v) any and all items purchased at a show or event where KD's Kloset products were sold.

If your items are eligible for return, please send an email to our return department at admin@kdskloset.com for a Return Authorization number before shipping return items.
Late Returns We can accept returned merchandise for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, items received after the 7-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you.
No Exchanges KD's Kloset strives to offer you the most affordable and in-season fabulous finds. In order to continue to do so, we may not always carry large quantities of each size or item.Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. At times we do get an overflow of orders which can cause some items to be out of stock. If you submit an order for an item that is out of stock, you will not be charged.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise If you believe a product was shipped in error from KD's Kloset Boutique, was damaged in transit or is defective, please contact Customer Service (admin@kdskloset.com) so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
